At Walton Market, we stand by the quality of every smart product we sell. That’s why all our products come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.
Warranty Coverage:
All Walton Market products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering:
Manufacturing defects
Software or connectivity issues
Product malfunctions under normal usage
What’s Not Covered:
Warranty claims will not be accepted if the product is:
Physically damaged (e.g. broken body, bent pins, cracked screen, etc.)
Burnt due to voltage fluctuation or misuse
Tampered or repaired by unauthorized personnel
Used without proper electrical protection (e.g. without stabilizers or surge protectors, where needed)
Warranty Claim Requirements:
To claim warranty, the customer must provide:
Original physical receipt received at the time of delivery
Complete product packaging, including:
Product box
User manual
All included accessories (if any)
Claims without the above items will not be entertained.
Claim Process:
Contact us via WhatsApp or call with:
Order number
Description of the issue
Photos or videos of the problem (At Least 3 Photos, Video if any)
Our team will evaluate the issue and guide you on the return process.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a replacement or repair will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Replacement Terms:
If the fault is verified and under warranty, we’ll repair or replace the product at no extra charge.
If the product is not eligible (e.g. physical damage), we’ll inform you about repair charges or alternatives.
Important Notes:
Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original buyer.
Warranty begins from the date of delivery, not from the date of installation or first use.
If a replacement product is not available, we may offer a store credit or refund (case-by-case).
