Refund policy

At Walton Market, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a smooth and fair return & refund policy to ensure you shop with complete confidence.

Return Eligibility:
You can request a return or exchange if:

You received the wrong item.
The product was damaged or defective on arrival.
The product is not functioning as advertised.

To be eligible:

The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all accessories/manuals/packaging intact.
Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Products damaged due to misuse, drops (Broken), or power issues(Burnt).
Items installed by non-professionals (for products that require technical installation, Note: You can always contact us for Installation Guide).
Custom orders or clearance sale items.
Item's which are not Liked by customer can only be exchanged with other Item's for once only (Shipping Cost may apply as per policy).

How to Request a Return:
Contact our support via WhatsApp or Call within 3 days of receiving the item.
Share your order number, product photos (At least 3), and issue details.
Our support team will guide you through the pickup or return shipping process.

Refund Process:
Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refund will be processed within 3–5 working days via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
If you paid via Cash on Delivery, your bank or wallet details will be required for the refund.
Refund can't be processed for an exchange item's or an item not liked by customer.

Exchange Option:
Prefer an exchange instead of a refund? No problem!
We’ll dispatch a replacement unit once we receive and verify the returned item.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Exchanges will not be processed for Custom orders or clearance sale items.

Return Shipping:
If the product was damaged, wrong, or defective — we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
For any other valid reason, return shipping cost may be borne by the customer.
